Returns and Refunds

 1-Under the EU Directive, within 14 days from the delivery date, you can request the Return and Substitution of the products.

2- the customer is invited to immediately contact info@yvonne-baker.com

3-THE RETURN CAN BE REQUESTED ONLY ONCE

4-No refunds are made for purchases

5-Refund in case of impossibility of replacement, refunds are made by bank transfer or Paypal refund.

6-In case of return you will receive a voucher equal to the amount paid to be used in our online shop of the https://yvonne-baker.design/  site

7-Customized goods cannot be returned.

8- The transport costs for returning the product are charged to the customer.

9-In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or errors occur in shipments on our part, we will pay for the Return  transport costs.

 

10- In case of exercise of the right of return for exchange of non-personalized goods,

 11-Write an email to info@yvonne-baker.com within 2 days of receipt of the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedur

 12-REASON FOR RETURN

12.1 Item received different from the one ordered.

12.2 Defective item.

12.3 Replacement of size and color In case of return you will receive a voucher equal to the amount paid to be used in our online shop Yvonne-Baker.design

 13-PROCEDURE FOR THE RETURN

      the procedure to follow is as follows:

13.1.  send the order copy or Ref Number to our customer support using this email: 

info@yvonne-baker.com

13.2. Arrange the items inside the package carefully as you received them and make sure it is complete with label and tag

13.3. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags affixed.

13.4 The return should be handled within 3-4 working days.

13.5. Within the same term, our customercare will communicate how the operation will be managed

Terms & Conditions

The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

Each garment must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all packaging and accessories.

As soon as we receive the returned goods from you, we will check them and process your return.

After processing, we will confirm receipt of the return and the customer by e-mail

Before sending the returned items to us, please check carefully

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and marked with the tag.

Merchandise must be complete, unworn, unwashed, fragrance-free, unused and undamaged.

Please note that the delivered goods may only be used for the purposes of a proof comparable to an in-store proof.

If we find a decrease in the value of the goods as a result of its further use, we reserve the right to claim compensation.
